What is wrong with Black America: The African American community is not only facing a crisis, are crisis and that many do not seem to care and get angry when someone dares to disturb their complacency with the calls for change necessary Whenever someone expects more of them under one mediocre performance or attitude, and encourages them to leave only moseying along any where and to develop a sense of direction, mission and purpose with respect.
The United States as a whole suffers from a crisis character (as calculated below our biblical moorings, having lost sight of the shore of Scripture and are about to storm into the EU Dump all and leave few survivors), but this is particularly obvious and most evident among the black community with its undeniable rate growing HIV / AIDS, illegitimate children, drug and alcohol abuse and dependence on others to shame them for what they can do for themselves.
This crisis has not only steal more, will not only lead by itself is not somehow better in itself, but it can only worsen if appropriate measures are taken drastic. You have to save yourselves!
This is just a springboard for serious ideas excite the imagination of possibilities, looking honestly solutions, working together to explore options – a beginning in the right direction. This project represents a call for men and women of good will to bless America black, so help us God.

That all the black organizations, secular and religious, to help prepare communities models (projects not tested failed) – Where is Oprah when needed? – Through the creation companies to hire returnees. With many U.S. companies outsourcing, it encourages communities to outsource African-American to be launched in Africa: WORKING model for communities enough pressure to work and succeed and respect their neighbors, community and country. Can you let me know please? Someone mentioned bleach and / or peroxide. Black is the Xtreme Schwartskoff do. Thank you why I ask is because they know someone who has brown hair who have tried and ended ginger. Not the effect I wanted. 
you do not need to bleach the hair, you dye it right, wash with your hair for 2 days before hand, it helps to have better contrast, I know from experience, my natural hair is dull, red raven black and orange yet
