Balder and Rejuvenation

Why in the water (pool) images are blue (or blue) looking through glasses?
Maybe it's just me … I wonder why when I take a picture underwater shows a deep blue, but for me – looking through glasses that seems clear at bottom with One touch of blue? This is not the camera, all that water is the right color.
Chlorinated (water well in general but more with chlorine) naturally absorbs most colors in the blue spectrum, except that it is reflected to your eyes. When you take a picture of you underwater are introducing more light into the water (the flash), which is returned in blue.
